American Management Association® (AMA®) Cancellation and Reschedule Details
The Ken Blanchard Companies and AMA cancellation policies differ. Please plan accordingly when registering. If a client cannot attend an AMA seminar, please contact AMA in advance to transfer to a future AMA session. The client can send an alternate to take their place. AMA will give the client a complete refund if they cancel more than three weeks before the seminar begins.
