Ms. Homan is the Vice President of Coaching Services at The Ken Blanchard Companies® Coaching.com™. She is responsible for process development, hiring staff, and training and certifying coaches. Madeleine has an insightful personal philosophy: When we acknowledge, nurture, and leverage the parts of ourselves that we love and cherish the most, grace and gratitude visit easily and often.
With more than 10 years of experience as a master certified business coach, Madeleine was instrumental in developing the core curriculum for Coach University, and is the designer and facilitator of two original coaching programs—The Manager as Coach and The Officer as Coach. Madeleine has been a pioneer in the coaching profession and has served as the president of Straightline coaching, a founding advisory board member and senior trainer for Coach University, and as a founding board member for the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Madeleine recently led a large-scale coaching project at Goldman Sachs, delivering one-to-one coaching to 2,100 IT professionals worldwide. Her knowledge and capabilities are inspiring, and her work has been highlighted on ABC, NBC, and CBS. Her presence in the marketplace extends into press articles in The New York Times, London Times, Training and Development Magazine, and Women’s Media.
During the past few years Madeleine has been invited to numerous events in the keynote and conference arena where she delivers her message to associations, federations, and professional businesses. Madeleine’s wealth of coaching expertise makes her a sought-after keynote speaker on coaching and leadership.
