Top Issues

1. I get a message that my “Login Failed.”
2. I get a message that “The Learn Center you have requested is not available.”
3. I can’t load the program.

 

1. I get a message that my “Login Failed.”

Issue Detail:
You have tried to login but the username and password combination you have entered is invalid.

Solution:
When you get this message, refer to the login instructions you received via email.

i. Double check that you have entered both the username and password correctly (passwords are case-sensitive).

ii. If you need to have your login reset, please contact technical support directly using the Contact Us link on the left.

 

2. I get a message that “The Learn Center you have requested is not available.”

Issue Detail:
When you click on the link in your invitation email, the URL does not open the Web page.

Solution: The link in your email is broken and is not opening the Web page correctly.

i. Copy the URL from your email and paste it directly into your Internet browser’s address bar.

 

3. I can’t load the program.

Issue Detail:
When you try to launch the program it fails to load completely and times out.

Solution:
This issue most commonly occurs when you are running the program and your bandwidth is too low.

i. Try logging into the program from a location where you have access to a faster Internet connection (i.e., T1 or T3 line or DSL).

ii. Verify that you have a current version of Flash installed on your computer.

iii. Close down programs that are open on your computer to make more RAM available or reboot to clear out your cache memory.
