1. I forgot my "Login" password.
Issue Detail:
You registered at kenblanchard.com and set up a unique password as part of your login, but cannot remember what you created.
Solution:
Click on the link below and follow the instructional prompts to reset your password:

2. I forgot or do not have the redeem code.
Issue Detail:
You are attempting to access the tools and you have forgotten or do not have the redeem code:
Solution:
Redeem Code: useSLIIonthejob
3. I get a invalid code message when I enter the "redeem code".
Issue Detail:
You will receive this message if you have incorrectly entered the redeem code
Solution:
Be sure that you are entering the redeem code exactly as it appears in the instructions.

4. I forgot or do not have the product URL
Issue Detail:
You are attempting to access the tools and have forgotten or do not have the product URL.
Solution:
Product URL: www.kenblanchard.com/producttools/slii/ae
5. You have registered for access, but still cannot access the tools
Issue Detail:
This will happen when you are not logged in to kenblanchard.com.
Solution:
i. Click the "Login/Register" button in the upper right corner of the page.
ii. Input the email address and password you used to register with.
iii. Click the "Login" button
IV. Verify that are logged in (i.e. "Welcome Guest User")
V. If necessary, return to the SLII Electronic Tool Kit page - http://www.kenblanchard.com/producttools/slii/ae/ and input the redeem code
If you do not wish to register for access, you may still access the tools by logging in as a "Guest User". To do so, input the email address and password provided below into the login page.
i. Email address: guest@kenblanchard.com
ii. Password: guest
iii. Return to the SLII Electronic Tool Kit page - http://www.kenblanchard.com/producttools/slii/ae/ and input the redeem code
Note: Cookies must be enabled to access the SLII EL Toolkit. If after trying the above steps, you are not able to access, you may need to adjust your browser's privacy (cookies) settings. For Internet Explorer users follow the instructions below or contact your internal help desk for assistance.
i. Within Internet Explorer click on "Tools" in the upper left.
ii. From the drop down menu select "Internet Options"
iii. In the "Internet Options" window, click on the "privacy" tab
iv. Set your browser's privacy settings to medium or medium high and click "Apply"
6. What are the terms and conditions for using the tools.
Blanchard Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions allow Blanchard training participants who have attended or will attend SLII training to use these electronic tools. Clients, including Blanchard training participants, will not be charged an additional fee for using these electronic tools in lieu of purchasing training materials containing some of this content.
Blanchard training participants may download, print, copy, use, electronically transmit, and/or post these electronic tools to use with the people they lead, their managers, and/or their colleagues with the intent to partner and to put into practice SLII concepts and skills.
Client agrees that they will place the following notice with the electronic tools if they chose to post in their environment: "Only those persons who have successfully attended or will attend the SLII training may have access to and use these electronic tools currently under license from The Ken Blanchard Companies. These electronic tools may be downloaded, printed, copied, used, and electronically transmitted by training participants." Clients will be responsible for their own technical support and online configuration.
7. I am having problems using the interactive features in the PDF files.
Issue Detail:
You are accessing a PDF file with interactive features and they are not working
Solution:
Only some of the tools have interactive features. The latest version of Adobe Reader is required to utilize all interactivity. Get the latest version of Adobe Reader at get.adobe.com/reader/
