1. My password is invalid
Issue Detail.
You will receive this message if you have incorrectly entered your password into the assessment survey home page.
Solution:
i. If you have not logged in to the assessment survey site previously, look for your temporary password in your email invitation. Check to make sure you are entering the temporary password with no spaces before or after the first and last character in the password prompt. (It must be entered exactly as it is found in your email invitation.)
ii. If you have logged in to the assessment survey site previously, you were required to change your password at that time. If you have forgotten your changed password, go to http://assessments.kenblanchard.com/, and click the “Forgot Your Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on “Get Password” Your password will be reset and your new password will be emailed to you.
2. I forgot my password.
Issue Detail:
You have successfully logged onto the assessment survey site previously, but you have forgotten your password.
Solution:
i. Go to http://assessments.kenblanchard.com/, and click the “Forgot Your Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on “Get Password” Your password will be reset and your new password will be emailed to you.
3. I am having problems printing the PDF files.
Issue Detail:
You are unable to print the PDF files from your web-browser.
Solution:
i. When printing PDF files from a website, you should always use the "Print" icon on the Acrobat Reader Toolbar rather than using the File -> Print option from your internet browser menu. Also note that right-clicking on the link to a PDF file and choosing the "Print Target" option may also result in incorrect printing of the document.
4. I am having problems saving the PDF files.
Issue Detail:
You are unable to save the PDF files to your local disk or hard drive.
Solution:
i. When you wish to save a PDF file to your local disk or hard drive, be sure to use the "Save" icon on the Acrobat Reader Toolbar and not the File ->Save As option on your internet browser menu. You may also download and save a PDF file without opening it by right-clicking on the link to the PDF file and choosing "Save Target As".
5. I have stopped receiving the daily 21-Day SLII Action Plan emails
Issue Detail:
You are enrolled in the 21-Day SLII Action Plan and are either not receiving, or have stopped receiving the daily emails.
Solution:
i. Check your email program's junk e-mail folder to see if the emails are getting labeled as junk e-mail and sent there. If the messages are getting sent to your junk mail folder, open up one of the emails and mark it as "Not Junk", so that future messages will be delivered to your inbox.
ii. Or, add kenblanchardassessments@assessments.kenblanchard.com to your safe senders list. To do this in Microsoft Outlook go to the "Actions" drop down menu and select "Junk E-Mail" then "Junk E-Mail Options". From the "Junk E-Mail Options" pop up window select the Safe Senders tab and click "Add" to add the email address to your safe senders list..
iii. If you have checked your junk e- mail folder and the emails are not being sent there, contact Blanchard Technical Support directly.
6. How long do I have access to the content.
Issue Detail:
You are enrolled in the 21-Day SLII Action Plan and would like to know how long the content can be accessed for.
Solution:
i. Your unique url allows ongoing access to the content. Your access does not expire. However, access and content are subject to change.
