Top Issues

1. My login ID has expired.
2. My login ID is invalid.
3. I get a message that the Web page cannot be displayed.
4. I did not receive an email invitation to take the assessment.
5. I can't advance through the assessment using the navigation buttons.

 

1. My login ID has expired.

Issue Detail:
You will receive this message if your assessment survey was not completed before the cutoff date specified in your email invitation.

Solution:
Please contact your training administrator to see if your login ID is eligible to be reactivated.
(The training administrator is the person at your company responsible for managing your learning program.)

 

2. My login ID is invalid.

Issue Detail:
You will receive this message if you have incorrectly entered your login ID into the assessment survey home page.

Solution:
i. Check to make sure you are entering the login ID so that there are no spaces before or after the first and last character in the login prompt. (It must be entered exactly as it is found in your email invitation.)

ii. Copy and paste the login ID from your email invitation into the login prompt. (Do not include any punctuation.)

 

3. I get a message that the Web page cannot be displayed.

Issue Detail:
This will happen when the assessment link within the email invitation is incomplete or shortened.

Solution:
i. Copy and paste this URL into the address bar of your Internet browser
www.globalsurvey.net/kenblanchard

ii. If the Web page is still blank, then the assessment link could be blocked by a company security filter, firewalll, or proxy server. In this case, please contact tech support directly.

 

4. I did not receive an email invitation to take the assessment.

Issue Detail:
You were enrolled to participate in this assessment and did not receive an email invitation with login instructions.

Solution:
i. Please contact tech support directly.

ii. Or, if you invited a rater to evaluate you and he or she did not get an email invitation, double-check that the person's email address was entered correctly and then resend the invitation.

iii. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact tech support.

 

5. I can't advance through the assessment using the navigation buttons.

Issue Detail:
You are able to log in to the assessment and select your answers; however, you cannot move forward and backward using the "Next" or "Previous" buttons.

Solution:
i. If you are not using a preferred browser when accessing the assessment, then you will not be able to navigate within the Web page.

ii. Check to make sure that you are using one of the following preferred browsers:
Internet Explorer 5.x or higher
Netscape 6.x or higher

Please note: Mozilla Firefox is incompatible with this assessment.
