Top Issues
1. My password is invalid.
2. I forgot my password.
3. I get a message that the web page cannot be displayed.
4. I did not receive an email invitation to take the assessment.
5. I am trying to complete my survey but I get a message that the last day for
completion has passed.
1. My password is invalid.
Issue Detail:
You will receive this message if you have incorrectly entered your password into the assessment survey home page.
Solution:
i. If you have not logged in to the assessment survey site previously, look for your temporary password in your email invitation. Check to make sure you are entering the temporary password with no spaces before or after the first and last character in the password prompt. (It must be entered exactly as it is found in your email invitation.)
ii. If you have logged in to the assessment survey site previously, you were required to change your password at that time. If you have forgotten your changed password, go to http://assessments.kenblanchard.com/ , and click the “Forgot Your Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on “Get Password” Your password will be reset and your new password will be emailed to you.
2. I forgot my password.
Issue Detail:
You have successfully logged onto the assessment survey site previously, but you have forgotten your password.
Solution:
i. Go to http://assessments.kenblanchard.com/, and click the “Forgot Your Password” link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Click on “Get Password” Your password will be reset and your new password will be emailed to you.
3. I get a message that the web page cannot be displayed.
Issue Detail:
This will happen when the assessment link within the email invitation is incomplete or shortened.
Solution:
i. Copy the entire assessment link within the email invitation.
ii. Paste it directly into your Internet browser’s address bar.
iii. Hit “Enter” or “Go.”
4. I did not receive an email invitation to take the assessment.
Issue Detail:
You were enrolled to participate in this assessment and did not receive an email invitation with login instructions.
Solution:
i. Please contact tech support directly.
ii. Or, if you invited a rater to evaluate you and he or she did not get an email invitation, double-check that the person's email address was entered correctly and then resend the invitation.
iii. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact tech support.
5. I am trying to complete my survey but I get a message that the last day for completion has passed.
Issue Detail:
You will receive this message if your assessment survey was not completed before the cutoff date.
Solution:
Please contact your training administrator to see if your survey is eligible to be reactivated. (The training administrator is the person at your company responsible for managing your learning program.)
