High Performing Organizations (HPO Scores)
The High Performing Organizations (HPO Scores) assessment consists of 48 items, six for each of the elements of a High Performing Organization.
The assessment is like an IQ test. It tells you how "smart" your organization is in each of the elements of an High Performing Organization. In addition it identifies areas of strength and areas of concern.
The assessment identifies possible starting points for improvement and provides a baseline for measuring the success of improvement efforts in your organization.
