LEADER ACTION PROFILE (LAP)
The Leader Action Profile (LAP) assessment provides managers with feedback on the Directive and Supportive Behaviors described in the Situational Leadership® II Model. It identifies the frequency with which managers use specific leader behaviors in one-to-one situations with the people they lead. In addition, employee satisfaction is measured to indicate the appropriateness of those behaviors.
Pretesting allows you to establish baseline data prior to your SLII® training, and posttesting enables you to link results of the training back to your organization.
The assessment includes one Self questionnaire, seven Other questionnaires, and one Profile (feedback report).
