FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
Q: Can I get a printed copy of the Coordinator Guide?
A: The Coordinator Guide is available online only.
Q: Is there a paper version of the Roster Entry Form?
A: Submitting rosters is easier than ever with our online Roster Entry Form. You will no longer need to mail or fax a paper form.
Q: Do the assessments I purchased have an expiration date?
A: Assessments expire one year from date of purchase.
Q: What is the best way to use or distribute inventory?
A: Inventory (paper packets, and PIDs) should be assigned on a First In, First Out (FIFO) basis.
Q: A participant has canceled. Can I transfer their PID to a new participant?
A: No. Once a PID number has been activated in our system, it cannot be transferred to another participant. A new assessment must be purchased for any new enrollees.
Q: We've just added a new participant to the event, but I've used all the PIDs provided. How can I get another?
A: Contact your Blanchard sales representative or project manager to place an order.
Q: What is meant by "data collection cutoff?"
A: Data Collection Cutoff is the last day responses can be entered into the scoring engine.
Q: I have distributed paper packets to my respondents. Do they have to submit a paper answer sheet?
A: Respondents who have received paper packets have a choice of responding either by pen/paper or online.
Q: A participant has submitted an online response and then filled out the paper answer sheet and mailed it in. Will there be two submissions scored?
A: No. The electronic form submitted online is entered instantaneously. The paper response will be discarded if an electronic response has been entered.
Q: I mailed in my answer sheet, but don't think it will be received before the data cutoff. Can I go online to submit?
A: Yes, you can, as long as you have saved your PID number and login information.
Q: Has the content of the EDGE, LAP, and LBAII® questionnaires and profiles changed?
A: The content of the questionnaires and profiles have not changed. The only exception is an updated thumbnail graphic of the new answer sheet shown on page 2 of the questionnaire.
Q: Once I have assigned a package by writing a respondent's name and the "return by" date on the cover label, will I need to do anything else before distributing the package?
A: Yes. During the Roster Entry process, you will need to provide us with the participant's full name and assigned PID number.
Q: When do the participants' login id's expire?
A: Participants' login id’s expire at midnight (U.S. Central Standard Time) on the 6th business day prior to the class needs date. Expiration dates are automatically generated by the scoring database and are based off your class needs date.
Q: Can our organization be issued credit for un-used assessments?
A: No. Assessment purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Can I edit the assessment invitation(s) to participants?
A: Yes. Please contact your Blanchard Learning Services Coordinator at 760-489-5005 x5565 to discuss this option.
