Turnaround Time for Online Assessments
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for normal processing. While the time factor for distribution of the online questionnaire is considerably reduced, adequate time is still needed for participants and respondents to complete their forms.
Cutoff Date
The class cutoff date is the last day that completed questionnaires can be submitted online to the Blanchard Scoring Center. The cutoff date is 6 business days before the scored profiles need to arrive.
The cutoff date will be automatically calculated from the needs date recorded on your Roster Entry Form. The email invitation will notify participants and respondents that this is the deadline for submitting their completed questionnaires.
PAPER
Turnaround Time for Pen/Paper Packet Assessments
Allow 5 to 6 weeks from the date you place your order to the date you want to receive your scored profiles. This time frame can be reduced by using a variety of options. See Reducing Turnaround Time.
Expedited processing can be accomplished by reducing turnaround time in your organization. The power to expedite the process lies primarily in your hands, since the greatest amount of time is needed for the distribution, completion, and return of pen/paper assessment forms. The use of online assessments is another option for expediting the process. Profiles are normally scheduled to arrive 2 business days before your training class.

"Return By" Date
Before distribution of pen/paper assessment materials to participants, establish a "return by" date. The "return by" date is the day you want participants and their respondents to send their completed answer sheets to the Blanchard Scoring Center.
The date your scored profiles are needed will determine your "return by" date.
