REVIEW FINAL STATUS REPORT

Final Status Report
A final status report will arrive two days before the profiles are generated. This report will list the names of participants who will receive a scored profile. It will also note the participants who did not have enough valid responses to meet the minimum requirements.

Step 1
Contact the class facilitator as soon as possible to verify the delivery date and address.

Step 2
Report any changes or discrepancies to the Blanchard Assessment Center within 24 hours at 800 728-6000 x5565.

Minimum Requirements: Participants who do not meet the minimum requirements will be provided with a sample profile.

Minimum requirements for the EDGE−1 self and 1 manager; the LAP−3 direct reports or individuals with whom the leader sets goals; the LBAII®−3 direct reports or 2 peers.
