CLIENT ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR

- Checks pen/paper assessment orders for accuracy
- Assigns PID numbers to assessment participants
- Online Assessments: PID numbers are emailed 48 hours after order is placed.
- Pen/Paper Assessments: PID numbers are preprinted on assessment materials.
- Distributes pen/paper assessment packages
- Completes the Roster Entry Form
- Manages turnaround time
- Reports any changes in class participants, dates, shipping address, etc.
- Monitors the response rate and sends reminders to participants
- Communicates with class facilitators on important issues concerning their class
- Reviews the final status report within 24 hours to ensure accurate delivery of the scored profiles
Start by obtaining a class roster template. You will need to know whether participants will be completing an online or pen/paper assessment.
