PID Numbers
A list of PID numbers will be sent to the client assessment coordinator via email within 48 hours.

One PID per Participant
One PID number will be needed for each participant.

PAPER

Step 1
Check your original order against the packing slip and materials. Your order should contain:

  • Assessment Packages, shrink-wrapped

Step 2
Check the title, quantity, and size of the assessment packages to be sure they are correct.

Assessment packages come in the following sizes:

1 Self/14 Respondents
1 Self/21 Respondents
LBAII®
1 Self/7 Respondents
EDGE
1 Self/1 Manager

If you ordered post assessment materials, make sure the assessment packages are marked "Post." Post assessments should be used only for participants who have taken an initial assessment. See Post Assessments for details.

Batching Envelopes
Your order may also contain gray envelopes for batching purposes. See Batching for details.

One Assessment Package per Participant
Make sure you have one assessment package for each participant. Participants who receive an assessment package have the option to complete the assessment via pen/paper or online.

Do not open the shrink-wrap on the assessment packages.

Assessment packages expire one year from the date of purchase. If you purchase in quantity, use the first-in, first-out method.
