	Ken Blanchard is Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies®, an international management training and consulting firm that he and his wife, Dr. Marjorie Blanchard, founded in 1979 in San Diego, California.

	Don Carew is a coauthor of the Building High Performing Teams® product line and has coauthored with Ken Blanchard two best-selling team books The One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams and High Five!
