The TrustWorks! Great Teams Workshop is designed to bring a team’s behaviors into focus and define strategies for improvement. It is based on 12 components of team effectiveness. These components fall within the 4 elements of trust—Able, Believable, Connected, and Dependable. It includes an assessment, examples, and charts to help the team diagnose and address issues.

In the TrustWorks! Great Teams workshop, a team quickly discovers what it is doing that contributes to or hinders its effectiveness. This guide explains how to lead the team through assessment, diagnosis and planning for improvement. It is a 2-3 hour process that optimally is reviewed in a three to nine month time period.
