Ken Blanchard lives in San Diego, California, and is the chief spiritual officer (CSO) of The Ken Blanchard Companies, which provides business-skills training and consulting programs that are critical to employee and organizational effectiveness. Each year The Ken Blanchard Companies donates 10% of its profits to various charitable organizations selected exclusively by its own employees. Ken Blanchard is the cofounder of Lead Like Jesus, a non-profit ministry whose mission is to glorify God by inspiring and equipping people to Lead Like Jesus.

S. Truett Cathy is founder and chairman of Chick-fil-A, Inc., a billion-dollar plus quick-service restaurant chain with over 1,000 locations in 34 states. Truett is well-known for his heart-felt generosity—in time, talent, touch, and treasure. His WinShape Centre® Foundation provides long-term foster homes for more than 100 children. The foundation has also funded hundreds of college scholarships as part of a cooperative venture with Berry College in Rome, Georgia. A Sunday school teacher for nearly 50 years, Truett has invested thousands of hours working with hundreds of junior high school-age boys and has shared his hugs with scores of "adopted" Grandchildren by Choice.
