Situational Self Leadership Training for Trainers
Creating Self-Empowered and Engaged Leaders of All Levels
Situational Self Leadership (SSL) enables the transition from responsiveness to responsibility as individuals learn to take initiative in idea generation, innovation, and problem solving. The SSL process provides strategies to gain more satisfaction from work by challenging participants’ notion of leadership, examining what motivates them, and building their confidence, knowledge, and skills.
Learning objectives of the program include:
- Identify the four levels of development based on personal competence and commitment
- Determine methods for reaching peak performance to achieve organization goals
- Examine the five types of power and learn how they achieve goals
- Develop specific skills—Selling Your Solutions, problem solving, gaining autonomy, Partnering for Performance, soliciting feedback, and increasing confidence and motivation
Our Training for Trainers (T4T) session prepares prospective trainers to roll out Situational Self Leadership into their organizations.
T4T Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to use the facilitator guide, lesson plans, and other materials to create a memorable, fun, and relevant learning experience
- Practice presenting portions of The Magic of Situational Self Leadership and receive feedback on how to be more effective.
- Master the use of experiential and accelerated learning techniques to drive key concepts and give meaning to the training
- Develop an implementation plan for rolling out The Magic of Situational Self Leadership in your organization
- Get ready—be competent and committed—to train Situational Self Leadership
- Learn to deliver all three engaging design options
