High performing organizations produce outstanding results over time with the highest levels of human satisfaction and commitment to the success of the organization.
This assessment consists of 48 items, six for each of the elements of a High Performing Organization and an additional six that focus on a High Performing Organization, employees’ perceptions of the definition of a High Performing Organization, and employees’ perceptions of their satisfaction, commitment, and performance. The assessment has been subjected to rigorous statistical analysis and has demonstrated validity and reliability.
The assessment is like an IQ test. It tells you how "smart" your organization is in each of the elements of an High Performing Organization. In addition, it identifies areas of strength and areas of concern. It identifies possible starting points for improvement and provides a baseline for measuring the success of improvement efforts.
