The Ken Blanchard Companies has partnered with The Booth Company, a leader in providing over 40 years of service, to offer a suite of 360 assessments to our customers. 360 degree feedback is sometimes referred to as multi-rater appraisal, multi-source feedback or 360 degree profiling. It is basically a confidential process where a participant receives anonymous skill evaluations from a circle of stakeholders (peers, direct reports, a supervisor, etc.). The results help determine the participant’s priorities for development.
The Booth 360 surveys are based on the Task Cycle®, a validated theory of leadership and management roles. There are 13 different role assessments to choose from in the following categories:
